The 22 acre R-1 site runs 1800' from east to west along a ridgeline from a height of 500 feet down to the shoreline. Every point along the ridge offers a panoramic view west to ocean, south to the Butler Bay Great house and Frederiksted and North to Puerto Rico and St. Thomas. The site zoning is compatiable with development into luxury homes, villas, condominiums etc.
This view looks across the ridgetops of the Butler Bay Nature Preserve SW down to the Greathouse and its neighboring property. Mill Point, a magnificent residence built around the plantation sugar mill.
View B looks from the high point on the site south across the Butler Bay Nature Preserve to the town of Frederiksted and Sandy Ppoint.
View C is from the midpoint of the ridge looking south. This perspective across the valley offers a better view of the slope of the central ridge at the intersection point of the 40 acre site and the property to the east. The road seen running from the lower left serves as the boundary between the two properties.
View from Point D
Near the oceanfront portion of the site. some of the panorama view is lost but the proximity to the beach and the great house fill the view with the vivid blue of the cove beach.
